What we collect

Pulse Fitness Ltd collects the minimum to run the gym: names, emails, phone numbers, date of birth, emergency contacts and any health screen answers you choose to share. We do this so the coaching team can keep you safe on the floor.

How we use it

Memberships and bookings run through our gym management system. Health screen answers are accessible only to the coaching team and are deleted 90 days after your membership ends. Card data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Your rights

You can ask for your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Email admin@pulsefitness.example with the subject "Data request". You can complain to the ICO if anything is mishandled.

Third parties

Stripe handles payments. GoCardless handles direct debits. The Member App is supplied by our gym management platform. None of these have any marketing rights to your data.
